I loved sharing Before I Lived Here by me, Victo N I loved sharing Before I Lived Here by me, Victo Ngai, and Neal Porter Books in Colorado Springs. The Pikes Peak Library District scheduled me for three days of events. Saturday was the final event at Library 21C. It was a special visit for me, as the book was workshopped at SCBWI Critique and Connect meetings in this same library. Instead of hopeful drafts, I got to take a real book into the library. I loved seeing familiar faces and meeting new writers. I’m hopeful, one day I’ll check out one of their books from the library. Write your story. Support your libraries. Thank you Poor Richards for the book sales. #allpikespeakreads #ppld #picturebooks #victongaiart #childrenshistorybooks #schoolvisits
